Our Extraordinary Activities

We offer a unique program called the 'Beyond Ordinary Event' that helps families run smoothly and communicate better. We take sophisticated business efficiency principles—specifically the Lean Six Sigma methodology—and translate them into engaging, practical workshops suitable for all ages. Our goal is to make families more effective as a unit and bridge those common generational communication gaps in a fun, educational way. 

OC Maker Faire 2026, Sept 12-13

OC Maker Faire 2026 for Rocketry Creations (booth 1005) at Costa Mesa Building (Near the Stage) this Saturday 9/12 and Sunday 9/13, 10am to 5pm, at Costa Mesa OC Faire Grounds. STEM workshop for 3D-printed (Minecraft Mini) Rocket, Invention Creations for NASA Space Apps Challenge electronic prototypes. Multi-feature stage presentation for NASA Student Launch, Space Apps Challenge, Congressional STEM Challenge, and American Rocket Challenge. etc. Address: September 12–13, 2026. Hours: Saturday (10 a.m. – 5 p.m.) and Sunday (10 a.m. – 4 p.m.)

 

The NASA Space Apps Challenge is the world's largest global hackathon

  • Build a Standout Portfolio: Students create open-source, real-world solutions using actual NASA open data. This provides concrete evidence of technical and problem-solving abilities to show university admissions panels and future employers.
  • Earn an Official Certificate: All eligible participants who successfully submit a project receive an official NASA Space Apps participant certificate, validating their commitment and hard work. 
  • Global Recognition & Prizes: Outstanding student projects advance to global judging. Winning teams receive Global Awards and international recognition from NASA and industry leaders. 
  • Interdisciplinary Teamwork: Students collaborate in teams of up to 6, working alongside developers, designers, data specialists, and storytellers. This mirrors real-world corporate and scientific workflows. 
  • No STEM Degree Required: The challenge welcomes artists, writers, and designers. Students can contribute through data visualization, UX design, or scientific storytelling without needing advanced coding knowledge.
