Join our Youth
Mentorship Program
We are a state and federally registered non-profit organization (501c3). The organization provides a unique and exciting environment for young people. It allows them to explore cutting-edge technology hands-on, focus, and cultivate key future skills. Through projects and activities for leadership skills.
Youth Mentorship Program: The Mentor will take on responsibilities, participate in event activities, collaborate, and share their knowledge with others. High school/ College students are welcome to become youth mentors. If you are interested and have excellent knowledge in Video Editing, Social Media/ Youtube, Online Gaming, Soldering Electronics, Fusion 360 3D Design, etc. Your Mentorship hour may qualify for school volunteer hour credit.

Leo (12) – Innovator & Mentor
Leo’s focus has always been to identify and cultivate his passions through deep, hands-on exploration. Driven by a natural curiosity, he dove into STEM fields early, supported in his study of diverse topics like Electric Power, Astronomy, Rocketry, and 3D Printing. His journey was never about being pushed to be "Talented," but about being encouraged to remain focused and consistent in pursuing what he loved. This dedication led him to become the youngest keynote speaker at Maker Faire OC 2023, a testament to the power of self-driven learning.
Demonstrating that true excellence comes from empowerment rather than forced achievement, Leo has applied his skills to real-world engineering challenges. As a co-founder of Rocketry Creations, he developed a multi-STEM program to share his knowledge with the next generation. Most notably, he pushed the boundaries of amateur aerospace by designing and fabricating a fully 3D-printed rocket to compete in the 2026 American Rocketry Challenge (ARC). By successfully engineering a flight-worthy airframe entirely out of 3D-printed components—navigating the strict 650-gram weight limit and aerodynamic constraints—Leo has not only carved his own unique path but is also providing a blueprint for other young engineers to modernize traditional rocketry.
He has been invited to the Highland Space Program at UC Riverside in Spring 2026.

Karl (17) -High-Impact & Modern
Karl is a senior at Portola High School and a dedicated aerospace enthusiast with a proven track record in the air and on the launchpad. As a NAR L1 high-powered rocket license holder, Karl serves as the payload compartment co-lead for a NASA Student Launch Initiative (SLI) team, where he specializes in the design, 3D printing, and deployment of complex model rockets.
Beyond engineering, Karl is a licensed private pilot with over 90 hours of flight time accumulated over the past two years. On campus, he shares his passion for flight as the founder and president of the Aviation & Aerospace Club, leading hands-on projects and field trips to inspire the next generation of engineers.
