Phase 1: Schematics & Parts

Week 1 (Brain Socket): Choose drone/car/gadget track and add ESP32 footprint to EasyEDA.

Week 2 (Add-on Modules): Select peripherals (solar, gyros, motor) & wire to ESP32.

Phase 2: Custom PCB Layout (The Chassis)

Week 3-4 (Outline & Routing): Define physical PCB boundaries & route power and data traces.

Week 5 (Ground Planes & DRC): Add a solid ground copper plane and run a design rule check.

Phase 3: AI Simulation & Factory Ordering

Week 6 (AI Simulator): Prototype circuits virtually in Wokwi and test MicroPython via AI.

Week 7 (Gerber & Ordering): Export production-ready Gerber files and order physical boards.

Phase 4: Assembly, Coding & Expo Showcase

Week 8-10 (Solder & Debug): Learn high-temp safety, assemble components, and debug shorts.

Week 11-12 (Testing & Expo): Thermal stress testing, tuning, and live demos at a public tech expo.
